Shipping and Returns Policy

Shipping
We offer fast and free shipping on all orders over $74 to anywhere in the United States. After processing during business hours, all items ship via U.S. Postal Service (USPS) Priority or First Class Mail. Please allow 2 to 5 business days for delivery. To receive your order faster, choose the Express 1 to 2 day shipping option in your cart.

Exchanges
If your order is incorrect, or damaged upon arrival; we will exchange your item at no additional cost to you.

Returns
You may return new, unused, and unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, however, we do ask that you pay shipping for these returns, if necessary. If the need for a return is a result of our error please contact us immediately so we can make the necessary corrections and arrangements. Please contact customer service to initiate a return.

Refunds
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, you will receive your money much more quickly in many cases. This time period allows for the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), as well as the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
